SILVER KEY AWARD

To celebrate and recognize mental health professionals, researchers and advocates whose ongoing work improves societal and clinical response to individuals with mental illness, Mental Health America of Eastern Missouri created the Silver Key Award.

This award symbolizes the unlocking of physical restraints, releasing barriers of stigma and uncovering the science of treatment.

Criteria for Nominations

  • No self-nominations
  • Nominee must be a mental health professional living or working in the Eastern Region of Missouri.
  • Minimum of five (5) years mental health research or service
  • Significant contribution in one or more of the following areas:
    • Direct service/treatment
    • Research (epidemiology, treatment, etc.)
    • Advocacy (systems/legislative, individuals, etc.)
    • Mental health care delivery system

The recipient of the Silver Key Award will be honored at the Snow Ball Gala, set for Friday, December 3, 2021, at the Four Seasons Hotel St. Louis.

Submissions:
